What blackswap is
blackswap is a software interface to the NEAR Intents 1Click API. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian or money transmitter, and it never takes possession of your assets.
Eligibility
You may not use blackswap if you are a sanctioned person, located in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, or prohibited by your local law from using it.
Prohibited use
No laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or proceeds of crime. We may block access to the interface at any time.
No warranty
The interface is provided as is. We don't guarantee availability, quotes, execution, or the conduct of third-party providers and solvers. See Risks.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from your use of the interface, third-party services, network conditions or user error.
